To troubleshoot, try to check the battery voltage with a voltmeter. If it's < 13V, change or charge the battery. If this is not the problem, try to check power connections, fuses etc. If that is the problem, repair or replace the broken parts. Lastly, check for the battery leakage to the frame, if there is, try to rectify it.
