This may indicate that the voltage measured at the field connection is incorrect. Please check the following:

Verify the connection of field wires to the motor and controller for any loose or damaged cable connections.

Check the motor field for shorts to the chassis.

Verify the contactor coil has a resistance of 45 to 55 ohms.
If these steps aren't enough to solve the AL10 error, choose repair or replacement for your controller.
