I've got this Ezgo medalist with an FSIP 1206SX-005 controller, but it's giving me some trouble. In troubleshooting the problem, check the voltage on pin 4 of the controller, which should only show the voltage of the battery when the cart is in reverse. If this value always shows the battery voltage, it could mean that the F/R switch is broken. You can also check the wiring diagram provided below to ensure a correct connection.
