If the voltage on pin 2 is not between 14 and 15 VDC, first remove the black wire from the ITS Sensor. If the voltage on pin 2 goes to 14 to 15 volts after removing the black wire, then it indicates that there is a problem with the ITS Sensor and it needs to be replaced. However, if the voltage on pin 2 remains low even with the ITS sensor disconnected, it means that the issue is the controller, which needs to be replaced.
