To fix the direction switch that is supposed to move forward but is moving backward, do a trial and error in switching the forward and reverse wires. Do this until the vehicle moves in the correct direction.
I'm not sure what's going on, but pressing forward continues to move backward, and pressing backward goes forward Navitas Yamaha G29 48V 440A 4kW DC to AC Conversion Kit
