Follow these steps to determine why the vehicle isn't moving:

Go to the Google Play Store or App Store and look for and install the Navitas Dashboard app. This app is capable of diagnosing the controller's current state in real-time.

Upon starting the app, select your vehicle's serial number correctly to access the dashboard.

Click the yellow caution button if it appears unexpectedly to see the error message.

Look for the green print at the bottom of the screen if the yellow warning button does not appear. This will display the inputs that are presently unavailable or disconnected.
Finally, visit the diagnostic page, examine I/O, and keep an eye on input.
